Nikaah ko dil me nahi maanna

Question

Nikaah me agar koi beghair daarhi ke gawaahi de de ya koi gunehgar de de, sab qabool kar le uski gawaahi phir larke ko khiyal aye me nahi manta ye nikaah, inkar kar de to kia hukam hai?

Answer

Nikaah ki sihhat uske gawaaho ko qubool karne ke oopar mouqoof nahi.
