Purchasing a house on one's brother's name

Question

I earned money when I was young and bought a house on my brother's name. Now my brother is telling that this is his house and he will not give it to me.

Answer

If you have not given him the house then it is wrong for him to claim it for himself.

And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
