Larki ka mash-hoor naam lena nikaah ke waqt

Question

Agar me ek faimly me shadi karu jaha do behne he aur un dono ke naam document me ek doosre ke swop he. For example: ager Name A and B he lekin document me A to B he aur B se A likha he. Nikaah kis naam sa parhaya jana chahiye? Wo naam jo original he yani jis naam se bachpan se sub pukarte he ya jo document me likha huwa he?

Answer

Jis naam se woh larki mash-hoor aur maroof he aur jis se koi mughaalatah na ho.

And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
