Mother applying medicine on her son's back

Question

Can a mother or grandmother put medicine on son's back including lower back if he is sick and has a back problem, provided there is no lust on both sides.

Answer

To prevent any doubt and accidents she may use some gloves.

And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
