Will my Salah be accepted?

Question

I woke up late and there were only 25 minutes till Salah I wanted to go toilet and do number 2 but I held it in otherwise I will miss my Salah. So I prayed my Salah in a disturbed way. Will my Salah be accepted? I didn't have a choice it was either stay in the toilet and do qaza Salah or just pray quick.

Answer

The namaaz is valid, but it is makrooh to perform your namaaz in this state.

And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.

وكره ... ( وصلاته مع مدافعة الأخبثين ) أو أحدهما ( أو لريح ) (الدر المختار 1/641)

قال العلامة ابن عابدين - رحمه الله -: قوله ( وصلاته مع مدافعة الأخبثين الخ ) أي البول والغائط قال في الخزائن سواء كان بعد شروعه أو قبله فإن شغله قطعها إن لم يخف فوت الوقت وإن أتمها أثم لما رواه أبو داود لا يحل لأحد يؤمن بالله وليوم لآخر أن يصلي وهو حاقن حتى يتخفف أي مدافع البول ومثله الحاقب أي مدافع الغائط والحازق أي مدافعهما وقيل مدافع الريح ا هـ وما ذكره من الإثم صرح به في شرح المنية وقال لأدائها مع الكراهة التحريمية (رد المحتار 1/ 641)
