Question

Is it true that a person above 80 years old cannot make decisions about his property and now that property belongs to his heirs.

Answer

No. If he is in the normal state of mind and he is not in his final illness then he has the right to make decisions.

And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
