Waalidain ke intiqaal ke ba'd jaaidaad ki taqseem

Question

Mere waalidain ke intiqal ho gaya he. Hum 6 bhai aur 2 behne he aur saari jaidad ka control bara bhai ke pass he. Wo kehta he ke me jaidad sirf 3 bhaio me taqseem karun ga aur kisi ko nahi dun ga. Shari tor pe kiya ye jaaiz he? Pakistani qanoon is ke baara me kiya kehta he? Qanooni tor par ye mumkin he? Aur apna haq kaise liya jaye?

Answer

Jaaidaad sab bhai behno ko milna chaahiye. Kisee ko uske haq se rokna aur dabaana bara hee zulm he. Aur jisne kisee ke haq ko dabaya to dunya aur aakhirat dono me uske oopar Khuda ki maar aur lanat parti he.
