Reciting first three aayaat of Surah Fajr in salaah

Question

If the imam makes a recitation as short as the first three ayahs of Surah Al-fajr, or the first three ayahs of Surah Yaseen, will the prayer be valid?

Answer

The requirement for the validity of the qiraat is that it should be a minimum of 30 huroof. Though namaaz is valid but it is against the sunnat.

And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
