Zina ke khowf se nikaah fardh ho jaana

Question

Me intehai ziyada Islam pe parband to nhi hu lekn koshish karta hu jitna ho sake Islami taleemat par amal kar sako. Mujhe baligh huwe taqreeban 8 saal ho gaye he aur kuch arse se zina karne ke bare me zehen me khiyaalat aa rahe he. Us se bachne ke liye mene apni walida-e-muhtarma ko shadi karne ka kaha. Meri walida to maan gai lekin walid saheb nahi maan rahe. Ab mujhe smajh nahi aa raha kiya karu? Kabhi kabhi control se bahar ho jata hu.

Answer

Jab zina ki noubat aarahi he ya uska khowf ho to nikaah ka karna fardh ho gaya aur jab nikaah fardh ho gaya to waha kisee se poochne ki dharoorat nahi rahi.

And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
