Biwi ko maloom nahi tha ke shohar pehle shaadi karchuke

Question

Meri shaadi ko derh saal hogaya he aur ek beti bhi he. Mujhe ab pata chala he ke 4 saal pehle mere shohar ne ek shaadi ki parents ke zor dene par. Phr 6 mahene bad talaaq hogayi jis se biwi ka darja bhi dia gaya jab ke wo mere sath relation me 5 saal se he. Agar mujhe pata hota to me shaadi na karti is darr se aur bataya mujhe dhoke se shaadi kar li jab ke agar mujhse relation me na hote to wo shadi bhi nibha dete to kiya meri shaadi jaiz he?

Answer

Shaadi durust he agarche dhoka dena ghalat kaam he.

And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
