Qasam torne ka kaffarah ghareeb rishtedaaro ko dena

Question

1. Agar Quran ki qasam khayi aur torhdi to kiya uska kaffara kisi 1 ko desakte he banisbat 10 ke aur kiya wo ek kisi rishtedar agar khandan me koyi mustahiq ho desakte he?

2. Khandan me dena jaaiz he?

3. Aur kiya jis se de us se batana chahiye ke hum agar tumhe khana de rahe he ya ause de rahe he to woh kis cheez ka he ya kaffara?

Answer

1. Aap eik miskeen ko nahi de sakte. Qasam towrne ka kaffara ye he ke aadmi das miskeeno ko kapra pehnaai us qadr kapra jis me namaaz ho sakti ya das miskeeno ko sadaqatul fitr ke miqdaar ke baraabar paise dow. Agar kisi ko is par qudrat ne ho, to teen din musalsal roza rakhe kaffara ki niyyat se.

2. Aap apne ghareeb rishtedaaro ko bhi de sakte he.

3. Batlaana zaroori nahi he. Unko hadyah ke tor par de sakte he.
