Reciting dua-e-qunoot as a dua
Question
Can dua qunoot be recited anytime after or before any prayers or reciting of Quran Shareef or it is only restricted to witr prayers?
Answer
It should be read in the witr. It can be read as a dua at any other time.
And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
