"Agar me ne ye gunah kiya to kaafir hoga" kehne se kiya hoga?

Question

Mere ek dost ne kaha ke agar me ne ye gunah kiya to kaafir hoga aur us ne kiya. Wo ye qasam ko kaise khatam kar sakta hai?

Answer

Aaindah aysa qasam ne khaaye. Kaffaarah ye he ke 10 miskeeno ko do waqt khana khilaaye ya har eik ko kapra pehnaade ya har eik ko sadaqah fitr ka miqdaar de. Agar qasam khaane ke waqt usko ye aqeedah tha ke qasam torne par woh kaafir hoga to ye kufr he.
