Which halaal certifying organization should one follow?

Question

Which certification can we follow when buying food items or sweets or choosing restaurants. For example: MJC or NIHT or ICSA or SANHA.

Answer

It depends on your trust and confidence in the organisation and understanding them to be reliable and capable and free from any doubts etc.

And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
