Making a vow to perform umrah

Question

I made intention to perform umrah this year if I passed a certain exam. I passed the exam. However I have a few financial constraints right now. Can I perform umrah next year or do I have to perform it this year?

Answer

Next year is alright.

And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
