Mahr ko maaf karne se gawaah hona

Question

Kiya biwi khushi se ghair muajjal haqq-e-mahr maaf kar sakde to uske liye koi gawah to nahi chahiye hota? Muajjal haqq-e-mahr ada hochuka he.

Answer

Jee ha, wo khushi se maaf karsakti he. Ghawaaho ki zaroorat nahi he.

And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
