Question

Can interest money be given to a domestic worker to be used for building her house with no intention of it being a gift?

Answer

Yes, if the domestic worker is poor, then the interest money can be given to him. However, it should not be given with the intention of receiving any reward, and nor should it be given as a remuneration for any service.

And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
