Jewellery par zakaat rukhsati se pehle

Question

Mera sawal zakat se hai. Mera nikah huwa tha aur rukhsati nahi huyi thi. Mere parents ne nikah ke baad gold jewellery banwayi thi lekin rukhsati se pehle hi us ladke ki, I mean mere husband ki death ho gayi thi. Please aap ye bataye ke us jewellery per zakat dena hoga aur zakat kaun dega? Na mai earn karti hu na parents ke pass kuch hai.

Answer

Agar abhi tak aapko woh jewellery nahi diya to abhi tak ye aapka nahi huwa, ye aapke waalidayn ka he. Lihaza zakaat to unke zimme he.
