Question

When we make online accounts, some websites say words to the effect: "By clicking 'Create Account', you agree that you have read and agree to the terms of service". In such a case, is it allowed to just clicking "Create Account" without reading the terms?

Answer

One should read the terms before accepting as there may be some clause in the terms that is unmanageable or impermissible in shariah.

And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
