Tanhaai ke bad khula ya talaaq se iddat me bethna

Question

Nikaah huwa aur kuch der sath bhi time spend kiya... Bohot qareeb bhi huwe lekin jimaa ya mubasharat nahi huwi. Baaqi sab (kiss, hug) huwa. Is doran khula ya talaq ho to iddat ho gi jab ke jimaa nahi kiya?

Doosri baat yeh hai ke shohar apne sath le jaane ko tayar nahi, khud bhi Pakistan set nahi hona chah rahe to aisi surat me khula lena kaisa hai? Abi sirf nikaah huwa rukhsati nahi.

Answer

Jab dono tanhaai me pyaar karliya to iddat me bethna dharoori he.
