Question

How does one repent from insulting the Sahaabah?

Answer

He should beg Allah Ta'ala for forgiveness and make a firm resolve that he will not repeat this in the future. If he insulted the Sahaabah in public, then he should make it known in public that what he had said is incorrect and that he has made taubah from this serious crime.

And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
