Is the marker attached to the top of the Quraan regarded as attached to the Quraan?

Question

Is the marker attached to the top of the Quraan regarded as attached to the Quraan? Can women in haiz use this to open the Quraan etc?

Can a person touch the Quraan on phone without wudhu?

Answer

If it is not stuck on then it is not part of the Qur'aan.

Yes.

And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
