Aqeeqah ke liye gosht khareedna aur sadaqah me dena

Question

Aqeeqa ke silsile me kiya jaanwar zabah karna zaroori hai ya agar tayaar gosht baazaar se khareed kar sadaqah kiya jaye tab bhi theek hai?

Answer

Ye sunnat ke khilaaf he. Aqeeqah mustahab he, fardh to nahi. Albatta tareeqah ye ke larke ki taraf se do bakre aur larki ki taraf se eik bakra saatwe roz par zabah kya jaaye.

And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
