Meaning of Ilaah
Question
Allah is god of everything, does it mean that Allah is god over Islam and every religion?
Answer
The meaning of Ilaah is not god, it is the only being who is worthy of worship. When we say 'Allah', we refer to a being who has all attributes of perfection and is free of all kinds of deficiencies. Hence, He is the one who has blessed mankind with Islam and it is the way that He has approved, sanctioned and declared. There is no other way. All other ways are either fabricated or ways that have expired.
And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.

Where scholars differ, it’s safer to take the more cautious view.
