Teen talaaq

Question

Main ne apni wife ko phone par 2016 ghussay main 3 talaaq di aur fatwa liye ke 1 huwi hai. Us se 6 month bad 1 talaaq di aur us ke 1 month bad phir phone par de di. Mujhe guide karain, mere 3 bachay hain.

Answer

Jis waqt aap ne apni biwi ko teen talaaq dedi phone par 2016 me, usi waqt se wo aap ke nikaah se nikal gayi. Us ke bad tum dono eik doosre ke liye haraam hogaye. Us ke bad jitna waqt tum dono saath rahe miya biwi ki tarah, wo poora zamaana tum dono ghuna me the. Aap dono ko chaahiye ke fouran alag hojaaye aur ghuna me rehne ki waja se taubah kare.
