Question

Kia amazon par business karna halal hai ya haram kiyun kai is mai jo stuff hota hai wo China sai direct amazon par jata hai aur amazon khud hee customer ko pack kar kai bhej deta hai aur seller kai pass paise ajate hain. Seller ko nahee pata hota kai kitna stuff sahee hai aur kitna kharab.

Mai nai search kiya to Ulama kai fatwa yeh hai kai pehlai saman (stuff ) ko apne pass hona lazimi hai to agar mai sara stuff China sai mangwa loon aur phir amazon bhejoon to mai sara stuff kaise check karoon? Kiya mai sare items (jin ki counting bohot ziyada ho gee) ko open karoon aur individual item ko check karoon phir pack karoon? Kiya solution hai mai amazon mai business start kar rahee hoon?

Answer

Ya to Amazon is samaan ko aapke haath bechta he ya waasta ya wakeel banta he. Bechne wala nafa uthayega ye baat to zaahir he aur wakeel apni wikaalat ke oopar kuch leta he ye bhi saheeh he. Agar samaan me kisee qism ka nuqsaan huwa to khareedne wala ko haq pohonchta he ke usko waapis karde.
