Husband not interested in having a baby

Question

Is it OK for a husband to keep putting off the topic of having a baby? Even though I expressed my feelings about wanting a baby and he doesn't seem to take it into consideration.

Answer

It is not permissible for him to prevent the process of pregnancy.

And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
