Question

If one is fasting a qadhaa fast and during the fast one touches a food item, while cooking, which has some flour on it and then licks the finger, instinctively and unintentionally - will it have broken the fast if one did not wash out the mouth thereafter?

Answer

If this happened forgetfully, it will not affect the fast.

And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
