Question

Can a Muslim husband, his wife and their kids stay in Reno City (a city in the United States)?

Answer

It is important for one to live in an Islamic friendly environment so that oneself and one's wife and children are able to practice their Deen freely and easily and are not faced with hurdles in their Deen or encounter difficulties.

And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
