Ordering a Quraan online

· 6 Jumada I 1443 AH1 min readEnglish

Question

Recently I ordered a Quraan Sharif with English translation from Amazon. They delivered my order to my door.

My question is that now I'm feeling very conscious of how and who might have handled the Quraan and if it's ok that they put the package in front of the door on the ground? I feel very upset and regret ordering it online but I had no other option at the moment. Would I get sin for it?

Answer

In future, have a container or raised platform so that the one who is delivering will place it in the container and the container should be about a metre and half above the ground.

And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
