Status of money earned by the kuffaar from riba
Question
What is the status of the kuffaar and the money they earn from riba? Is it halaal for them? Can we accept money for goods sold from this?
Answer
If you are referring to the riba they earn through the bank, then since you do not know which money is from riba and which money is not from riba, it will be permissible for you to sell to them and accept their money as payment.
And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
