Abandoning shariah law of inheritance
Question
If my sibling does not want to follow sharia law on inheritance, and if I agree to follow UK law, will this be a sin for me?
Answer
Yes, obviously. Can there be a greater sin than abandoning the way of the Quraan and hadeeth and adopting the way of Allah Ta`ala's enemy and whom He has declared as an infidel.
And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
