Significance of the imaam using a "stick" at the time of the jumuah khutbah
Question
I always wondered what is the significance of the imaam using a "stick" at the time of the jumuah khutbah?
Answer
It is a sunnah to hold the stick while giving the khutbah (sunnah ghair muakkadah).
And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
