Question

Can a woman read the night surahs with her head open and without wudhu?

Answer

It is more respectful to recite the Quraan with your head covered. Apart from this, if you wish to enjoy the company of the angels, then you should keep your head covered at all times.

And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
