Question

Can a wife ask for khula on the basis of her husband not fulfilling her sexual needs?

Answer

If this is affecting her marriage and she fears that she will not be able to fulfil her marital responsibilities towards her spouse, or she will be inclined towards sin on account of her spouse not being able to fulfil her conjugal rights, then it is permissible for her to ask for khula.

And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
