Dukaan ke oopar masjid banaana

Question

Kya main apni dukan jo ke post office hai us k uper masjid bana sakta ho kya us main namaz parny ka sawab masjid jitna he ho ga kyun ke suna main masjid zameen ke uper ya nechy kisi insan ki malkiyat nai hoti.

Answer

Agar dukaan khaas musjid ke manaafi keliye rakha jayega aur uske oopar musjid tameer hogi to ye jaaiz he ba shart ye ke musjid banaane se pehle ye tay kya jaaye ke musjid oopar he aur neeche dukaan.
