Is it better to do aamaal before Fajr or after Fajr?
Answer
Both are rewarding, as the time before Fajr is called tahajjud and duas are accepted at this time and the time after Fajr till ishraaq is also a very mubaarak time.
And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
