Question

Can a Muslim woman share her left over food items with her Hindu neighbour?

Answer

If the neighbour doesn't have food and she wishes to assist her, then this is permissible. However, it should be borne in mind that Muslims should not befriend the kuffaar and have close ties with them.

And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
