Marrying a woman who was touched by one's father with lust

Question

What is the ruling of a man (Zaid) marrying a woman (Fatima). In the case where Zaid's father touched Fatima with lust or without, in the past. (Fatima was not in any relationship with the father of Zaid)

Answer

If Zaid's father touched Fatimah with lust then Zaid cannot marry Fatimah.

And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
