Question

Is it permissible to read the two rakaats after tawaaf after Fajr and Asr?

Answer

After the time of Fajr sets in or after performing the Fardh Salaah of Asr, it is not permissible for one to perform the Waajibut Tawaaf Salaah. One should delay the Waajibut Tawaaf Salaah until after sunrise (i.e. 20 minutes after sunrise) or sunset.

And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
