Using money that one found on the road
Question
A student found cash on the road and was in a state of dire need,with not even food at home. She used it up but feels bad. In that condition it was difficult for her to resist. What must we do if no Muslim is willing to assist us?
Answer
If she could not find the owner then the wealth was halaal for her.
And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
