Question

Is "Yasmeen" supposed to be pronounced with a ta marbuta?

Answer

This name seems to be a Persian name. Persian names usually don’t have a taa marbuta.

And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.

Q: Is it an acceptable name for a Muslim?

A: It is the name of a flower. Hence it is alright.

And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
