Bad tameez biwi ko talaaq dena

Question

Kia kisi hadees mai bad tameez biwi ko talaq dene ka hukum hai? I heard ke us mard ki dua qubool nahi hoti jis ki biwi badzuban ho aur vo ussay talaq na de. Is it true?

Kin aurton ko talaq dene ka hukum hai?

Answer

Agar nibaah na hota ho aur andesha ho ke aur bure masaail khare ho jaayenge to phir alaahidgi ikhtiyaar karne ki ijaazat he.

Hamne kisee hadeeth ki kitaab me usko nahi dekha. Balke jo bardaasht karta ho aur uski karwi baato par sabr karta ho to uska darjah bohot buland hoga aur thawaab bhi barh jata he. Paabandi ke saath makaan me taleem aur zikr aur tilaawat aur dua ka ihtimaam karo aur namaaz ki paabandi kare. Allah Ta`ala fadhl farmaaye.
