Nikaah ke bad talaaq di gayi to kiya iddat zaroori hai ya nahi?

Question

نکاح کے بعد اگر طلاق دی گئ اس کے بعد عدت ضرری ھے نا نہیں

Answer

Agar nikaah ke bad miyaa biwi ne hambistari ki to iddat waajib hogi.

Agar nikaah ke bad miyaa biwi ne hambistari nahi ki magar downow khalwat me rahe us qadr waqt ke liye ke humbistari hosakti thi owr waha koi maani nahi tha (jaise kamre ke andar koi aadmi maujood ho) aur phir shohar ne talaaq di, to is soorat me biwi par iddat waajib hogi.

Agar nikaah ke bad downo miyaa biwi khalwat me nahi rahe, aur shohar ne biwi ko talaaq dedi, to ye talaaq talaaq-e-baain hogi aur is se nikaah khatam hota he, aur biwi par iddat waajib nahi hogi.
