Question

What are the laws of Hijrah?

If someone already moved to Turkey or Pakistan or South America with the intention of Hijrah, is he allowed to move back to his home country, like UK or South Africa?

Answer

The purpose for making hijrah is so that one and one's family may be able to practice upon deen easily without any hurdles and difficulties. Hence, if one finds it difficult to practice deen in the country one had made hijrah to, then it is permissible for him and his family to return to their previous country if he finds that there is more freedom in practicing deen there compared to the country he relocated to.

And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
