Question

If hajj is not compulsory upon a person due to not having the means, but he is sponsored to go for hajj, will his fardh hajj take place by others sending him for hajj?

Answer

Even though hajj is not fardh upon such a person, through performing hajj with the intention of his fardh hajj, his fardh hajj will be fulfilled.

And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
