Women wearing the "smart ring"
Question
My question is regarding women wearing electronic accessory (smart ring) which has features to track health metrics, such as sleep quality, heart rate monitoring, and more. Is it permissible for women to wear such rings? Are there restrictions on materials?
Answer
Women are only allowed to wear silver or gold rings. Hence, if the ring is made from silver or gold, it will be permissible for a woman to wear. If the ring is made from any other metal, it will not be permissible for a woman to wear it.
And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
