Question

Is making the masjid dirty and najis an act of kufr even if the person doing it has imaan in his heart, and loves Allah, the masjid and Islam?

Answer

It is not an act of kufr but it is a sin to mess or dirty the masjid.

And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
