Laraai me talaaq ki niyyat nahi

Question

Mera sawal ye hai meri ak dafa bv se larai ho gai thi, or wo bar bar keh rhi thi mjy talaq do lekin m us ko chup karwane ki koshish krta rha lekin wo jb khamosh nahi ho rhi thi to khamosh karwany k liye us ko thapar lagaya or mere mun se ye nikla ''ye lo phr'' jb k meri naiyat sirf khamosh karwany ki thi talaq ka khayal mere dill or dimagh m dur dur tk nahi tha, lekin us k bhad mere dill m wehm ho gya ha, jb k humari sulah b ho gai hai or zindgi b achi guzar rhi hai, please help, or ''ye lo phr'' m ne thapar k liye bola tha

Answer

Agar aap ne talaaq nahi di aur jis waqt aap ne kaha ke ye lo aap ne talaaq ka iraada nahi kiya, balke taphar dene ka iraada kiya, to talaaq nahi huwi.

And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
