Question

I have heard that since Saudi Arabia is a Muslim country, one may eat from any restaurant as all the food in the country is halaal. Is this correct?

Answer

Some of the restaurants and food outlets in Saudi Arabia serve meat which is imported from non-Muslim countries. Hence, one should exercise caution in this regard.

And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
